Each Energetics of Performance session is personalized to cater to the individual player's unique set of strengths and challenges.

 

Techniques used in these sessions include Craniosacral Therapy, neuromuscular re-education, enhanced alignment and breath techniques and guided meditations.

It's common even after just an initial session that players achieve more sound with less work, expanded range, greater endurance and more freedom to express musical ideas.
